Personal Training x 10 hrs (social distance)
Personal Training program focusing on your goals,weight loss, strength, general fitness, athletic performance, cardio, muscle gain or any combination. Tailored for each individual client. Includes nutrition, understanding calories and counting macros.
1-3 people max, final cost TBA.
Minimum 5 week course, 2 x sessions a week, 1 hour sessions. Locations TBC, final costings dependant on terms and conditions of both client and coach.
