What are kettlebell classes good for?
From strengthening the key muscles of the lower body (glutes, hamstrings and quads) to challenging the muscles of the core and upper body (back, shoulders, forearms, triceps and biceps), kettlebells truly are a highly effective training tool for improving total-body strength.
If you dont have a kettlebell don't fear you can also use dumbells.
Beginner to Advanced
Run via Zoom I will coach you live so I can correct form and technique. Swing, lunge, lift and squat your way to a more toned body whilst improving your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance during these Kettlebell classes. By joining a class you will get to grips with a kettlebell, and find out why it's a powerful tool for improving your fitness and overall body composition. No experience needed.
