8 Wk Athletic Training Group Sessions
8 wk Athletic Performance Training classes. Building the muscle memory and physical abilities to perform moves you never thought you would be able to do! Build a high level of athletic ability to run, jump, swim, hit, climb or ride and improve your overall sporting fitness.
Minimum 8 week course, 2 x sessions a week, 1 hour sessions.
